Beginning in 1989, Dana Marra, the Executive Director, worked in the child welfare system for 10 years in the foster care, licensing, and adoption departments. She entered the international adoption arena and with her staff is completing adoptions in Russia, Guatemala, and the Ukraine. Her heart belongs to older children and she has devoted a portion of her time to bringing older Russian children to visit host families with the hopes of finding permanent homes.
